Altos Planos (USA/Mexico), owner of luxury artisanal Mijenta Tequila, needed a platform migration from an outdated WordPress to a brand new Shopify in order to improve user experience and sales with the help of analytics tools.

Altos Planos (USA/Mexico) wanted to build a Shopify store to sell its luxury Tres Tribus Mezcal, highlighting its artisanal production process and making the purchase easy, reliable and quick.

PJUS needed to rebuild their internal platform and its external user journey to sell rights of "precatórios" (a specific court-ordered money damage in Brazil). This was accomplished with qualitative interviews and a custom Design System.

At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Itaú Bank experienced a sudden drop in the subscriptions of the benefits offered with its main credit cards, urgently needing to conduct user interviews and an A/B testing to find out what was happening.

Together with a high-skilled UI/UX team in Brasília, I built a scalable and modular Design System for the digital products of Caixa Seguradora, the insurance division of the second biggest brazilian public bank.

I worked in a multinational team (Brazil, France, Romania and Peru) to develop native Android and iOS apps. The main goal was to make stores that accepted Sodexo Cards more visible and searchable — as well as allowing users full control and management of their cards.

I worked in their B2B and B2C platforms for payment-deduced loans (having brazilian civil servants as their main clients), and also on their Open Finance platform, following the regulations of Brazilian Central Bank.
